当企画展のために、地元はじめ関係各位から協力を得て、なつかしい資料150点近くが掘り起こされました。
大正2年（1913年）の城下町通り（久保）商家「伊勢幸」前、旧制大多喜中学校（明治33年～）の制服、昭和40年代の大多喜駅、明治7年小学読本、最後の城主 大河内正質と長男 正敏、さよなら木原線のプレートの写真や等々が展示されます。
Nearly 150 materials are collected from Otaki local individuals and related entities for this special exhibition. 
The exhibition includes, for example, a panel demonstrating Iseko Liquar Store and other shops on the main Otatki castle street in 1913, a uniform of the Otaki junior high school in 1900, elementary schools textbooks in 1874,  a photograph of Ookouchi Masatada (Otaki Castle's last Lord, Matsudaira Clan) and his first son Masatoshi,  a farewell headmark and other items used by Kihara Line (later known as Isumi Rail) , and so forth.
